Part 2 features the recognition of the city of New Bern, the Cherry Point Marine Corps, the New Bern Fire Department and the New Bern Police Department.
Also featuring a speech by Mayor Lee Beatis and a performace by the New Bern Fire and Rescue and the Atlantic Beach Fire Department Pipe and Drum Corps.
